This is my 100 Day Challenge Review…well, at least what I think so far, as I’m only on Day 2. For more information on the 100 Day Challenge, click on the link below.
100 Day Challenge – Official Site
If you aren’t where you want to be in life, but just can’t seem to get there on your own an need that extra push, the 100 Day Challenge is for you. It makes it a lot easier to set the right goals, follow through on them, and stay motivated throughout.
Whether it’s wanting to run a marathon, get your business to the next level (or started!), lose 10 pounds, or anything else…the 100 Day Challenge can help you get there.
100 Day Challenge Review – What is it?
The 100 Day Challenge is a course that over 100 days helps you accomplish 5 (or more) goals. Gary Ryan Blair, the creator of the course, uses a combination of video and PDFs to help you reach these goals. He also has some great software to help you make sure that you’re getting things done, and are working on your goals. As a matter of fact, while writing this post I got a reminder from the software that it was time for me to do my Day 2 training. This is a great challenge if you really want to get something done, but aren’t sure how you’re going to do it. The orientation was really helpful in making you sit and think about what exactly you want to accomplish in the next 100 days, and more importantly, how you’re going to get there.
100 Day Challenge Review – What I like
While I’ve only been through the orientation and the first day of the 100 Day Challenge so far, I feel like I can already tell a lot about the course. I’ve already downloaded the software, as well as the mobile apps. The orientation was really great, as it forced me to really think about what I want to be different in my life at the end of 100 days. While it’s easy to say in general things like “I want to lose weight†or “I want to make more moneyâ€, it’s not quite so easy when trying to come up with goals for the challenge, especially since you want them to be realistic so that you can accomplish them in the time allotted.
I love that there is a lot of motivational “stuff†in this course. If you ever doubt what you’re doing, or if you’ll get there…there is a lot you can watch or look at to get more motivated. Even though I’m still at the very beginning, and I picked some really difficult goals, I feel that I will be able to accomplish them by the end of the 100 Day Challenge, and I am really looking forward to that.
100 Day Challenge Review – What I didn’t like
Like I mentioned earlier, I’m only on the second day of the 100 Day Challenge, so I’ve only finished the orientation and the first day. I will definitely do an update once I’m further along in.
So far, the only thing I’m not thrilled with is one of the pieces of software. It is basically a countdown timer that takes over your desktop wallpaper, and shows you how long you have left to accomplish your goals.
Since it’s on my desktop, I hardly ever see it. The idea is great, but maybe it would have been better off as a widget or something similar, as my desktop is hardly ever in view.
That’s a really small part of the course though, but so far that is the only thing I’ve found lacking in the 100 Day Challenge.
100 Day Challenge Review – Overall Thoughts
So far, the 100 Day Challenge is exactly what I hoped it would be. Something that would make me think about my future, and what I want it to look like 100 days from now. The motivation so far has been very helpful, and has gotten me to want to work on my goals even more.
I’m really excited to see what the 100 Day Challenge holds over the next 99 days (I still need to do Day 2), and am sure that I will accomplish everything that I set out to.
If you want to make your life better in the next 100 days, and accomplish more goals, join me in the 100 Day Challenge.
