Safe Swaps – What is it?
Safe Swaps is a website where you can either buy a solo ad, sell a solo ad, or do an ad swap.
The way the website is set up, it makes it very easy for you to find people to do any of the above with, depending on what you’re looking for.
And since each person is rated (and people comment after each swap/solo ad), you will learn quickly if they are reliable or not.
Safe Swaps – What I like
What I like best about Safe Swaps is how easy it is to find someone to buy an ad from. While it’s just as easy to do an ad swap or sell solo ad space, I’ve only purchased solo ads, so that’s what I’ll talk about here.
It took me less than 5 minutes to find someone who had 100 clicks to sell at a price I was willing to pay, and that had good feedback and was reliable.
A week later, my ad went out…and my list got bigger!
It’s also really well organized and controlled, so the website itself takes care of how many clicks you’ve received, and if someone clicks twice – no problem, they will only be counted once.
Both of the solo ads I’ve purchased have sent me more than the amount of clicks I’ve paid for…so that has been great.
Safe Swaps – What I didn’t like
Many of the people I wanted to purchase a solo ad from were booked for longer than I wanted to wait. It seems that the shortest time you can book through the system is 1 week. So if you purchase the ad on a Wednesday, the earliest time your ad will go out is the next Wednesday.
I’ve seen in the forum though people offering to send emails earlier, so it does seem that it can be arranged. I so far have only done it the automatic way, so I haven’t seen for myself yet if that would help.
Another thing about Safe Swaps is that it’s really only for business/Internet Marketing lists. I would have loved it if I could send solo ads in other niches as well!
But this is only going to be helpful for you if you’re in the biz op/IM niches.
Safe Swaps – Overall thoughts
I don’t know how I got traffic before Safe Swaps.
Ok, that might be going a little bit too far…but I can’t tell you how much easier it is to build my list now. I just schedule a solo ad, and on the date I choose, my ad goes out, and I get just as many clicks if not more than I paid for!
At first I was worried that the people I get on my list might not be interested in buying anything…but now I have seen that they will as I’ve made money from it already.
If you’ve been trying to get more people on your list…and don’t mind spending a little money to send a solo ad out (or if you don’t want to spend any money each time – swap ads!) I’d strongly suggest Safe Swaps!
